Painter/Prepper Job Role
Our client is a well established manufacturer near Stamford. They are currently seeking a Skilled Painter/Prepper to join their dynamic team. If you take pride in high-quality finishes, have an eye for detail, and work well in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Prepping surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
Mixing and applying paint using spray guns or other methods
Inspecting surfaces and finished jobs for quality and consistency
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Performing minor repairs as required
Working independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines Person Specification:
Proven experience as an industrial painter/prepper
Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
Ability to read job cards and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
Knowledge of health & safety practices in a workshop environment
A valid driver’s license (preferred) Hours of Work and Pay:
£13.69/hour
7:30am – 4:30pm Mon to Thurs.
7:30am - 11:30pm Friday
38 hours per week.
