Administrator / Data Input Assistant

Pay rate: £13.26 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (full-time)
Assignment: Temporary role for 3 months initially, with potential for extension depending on needs and requirements of the team.
We’re currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Administrator / Data Input Assistant to join a busy, fast-paced team based in PL7. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently support wider business operations.
This role will suit someone who is naturally detail-focused, forward-thinking and able to spot potential issues before they develop. Ensuring and playing a key part in ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Please note that due to the location of this assignment, your own transport will be required as the site is not accessible via public transport.
Key Responsibilities
Inputting and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
Managing and updating records in line with company procedures
Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider team
Reviewing information thoroughly to identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies
Proactively highlighting potential risks or missing details to prevent future issues
Handling sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and care
Supporting process improvements by suggesting efficiencies where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Recent experience within an administrative or data input role
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
A proactive and forward-thinking mindset
Confidence in identifying and raising potential issues
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional, empathetic approach when handling sensitive or potentially upsetting information
