Join Our Team as a QSW - Adults (Contract)

Are you a dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with a passion for making a difference in adults' lives? We are seeking a committed and experienced QSW – Adults to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment while contributing to meaningful social work initiatives. The role offers flexibility with 3 days in the office, and the contract is initially set for 12 weeks with potential for extension.

Job Title: QSW - Adults

Position Overview:
As a QSW - Adults, you will be responsible for providing vital social services, assessing needs, developing intervention plans, and supporting vulnerable adults within the community. Your expertise will ensure individuals receive appropriate care and support, maintaining their independence and wellbeing.

Candidate Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of adults requiring social services
Develop and implement tailored intervention plans
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with organizational standards
Advocate for clients to ensure their rights and preferences are prioritized
Attend team meetings and contribute to best practice initiatives
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies
Deliver compassionate support to vulnerable adults, promoting independenceCandidate Requirements:

Recognized qualification in Social Work (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent)
Valid Social Work England registration or relevant regulatory body
Proven experience working with adults in a social work capacity
Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Commitment to safeguarding and best practice principlesBenefits:

25.65 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay or 32.69 LTD inclusive of holiday pay
Flexible working arrangement with 3 days in the office and remote options
Contract duration of 12 weeks, with potential for extension
