We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a specialist independent SEN school in Melksham. The school provides tailored education for children and young people aged 4 to 16, supporting a range of additional needs in a nurturing and highly individualised learning environment.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about making Maths accessible, engaging, and meaningful for learners who require a more personalised approach to education. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated Maths lessons across a range of abilities and key stages
Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs and EHCP targets
Create a supportive and structured classroom environment
Support pupils' numeracy development, confidence, and independence
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and SEN professionals
