Join a forward-thinking College with ambitious plans to grow its Construction and apprenticeship provision. This is an excellent opportunity to use your industry knowledge and people skills to support apprentices, employers, and teaching teams across a busy and developing construction department.

As a Construction Progress Coach, you'll act as the key link between apprentices, employers, and tutors. You'll help ensure apprentices are progressing effectively, support communication between site and college, and work closely with teaching staff to make sure learners remain on track throughout their apprenticeship journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Construction background and excellent communication skills. You'll be confident engaging with apprentices, employers, and internal teams, with the organisation and professionalism needed to represent the College well. Previous experience within apprenticeships or education would be beneficial, but the key requirement is a strong understanding of construction, a proactive attitude, and a genuine motivation to support learner success.

The role:

Act as the link between apprentices, employers, and tutors.
Support communication between site-based learning and college delivery.
Help ensure apprentices are progressing effectively throughout their programme.
Work closely with tutors while they manage centre-based and day-release delivery.
Engage with employers to support learner progress and maintain strong relationships.
Monitor learner development and help identify any concerns or support needs.
Support a growing Construction apprenticeship provision.
Permanent position with long-term career development opportunities.

Strong background within Construction.

Reliable, consistent, and committed to quality.
