About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly while helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. You will support nursery teams on an ad-hoc basis, assisting with daily activities that encourage children's development and learning.
Responsibilities
* Support the nursery team in delivering engaging activities that promote early years learning and development.
* Help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
* Assist with day-to-day routines, including playtime, mealtimes, and personal care where required.
* Encourage positive behaviour and support children's social and emotional development.
* Work collaboratively with nursery staff, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism in different settings.
About You
* Has experience working with young children in a nursery, childcare, or early years setting.
* Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) or has equivalent experience.
* Is patient, caring, and passionate about supporting children's early development.
* Is reliable, punctual, and professional.
* Is adaptable and comfortable working in a variety of nursery environments.
