MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search for an experienced Commercial Assistant who is bilingual in French and English to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. The Role you will be doing;
* To liaise between Clients/Freelancer
* To contact customers in relation to payment inquiries
* enter data into the company software
* To issue, track, process and complete invoices
* Resolving any issues that might arise from events or actions that involve administrative functions, from the sale process, to billing of the client.
* The commercial assistant works under the supervision of a manager. Although working under supervision, he or she must possess the ability to work independently.
About You;
* Must be Fluent in French and English
* Able to provide excellent customer service
* Analytical thinking, working under pressure, coping with tight deadlines and very good problem-solving skills are required
* Very good organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Be open to learn
* Punctuality and a positive attitude
* Advanced multi-tasking and able to work on you own and with others to get things done
