Working as part of a knowledgeable and supportive property team, you will be involved in a broad range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work within a collaborative and professional environment.

The Role
As a key member of the property department, you will play an integral role in managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. You will liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
*
Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
*
Draft, prepare, and review a range of legal documentation, including dispositions, contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
*
Conduct title examinations, property searches, and due diligence investigations.
*
Monitor transaction progress and maintain accurate case records, ensuring all deadlines are met.
*
Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and external stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
*
Assist with settlements, registrations, and post-completion requirements.
*
Deliver a high standard of client care through clear and professional communication.
*
Support solicitors and colleagues with property-related matters as required.
About You
*
Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal within residential and/or commercial property.
*
Strong understanding of Scottish conveyancing procedures and property transactions.
*
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple files and competing priorities.
*
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
