Maintenance Operative

As a Site Maintenance Operative, you will be:

Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in a static building with multiple floors
Carrying out a range of maintenance duties on site, hanging doors, lock changes, and all other trades
Deliver a variety of tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting, and flooring
I’d love to speak to Site Maintenance Operative who has:

Relevant industry experience within multiple trades
Relevant experience within social housing or domestic sector
Must be competent in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work.
Full UK driving licence
Enhanced DBS check will be done, once offered the role
The Site Maintenance Operative role is offering the following benefits:

Weekly pay (CIS payments available)

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

This Site Maintenance Operative role is offering £20 – £22 Per Hour.

Location & travel based in Aylesbury, this role is easily accessible M23 and M25 route.
