Description
We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our team on a major infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills on a high-profile scheme while supporting the successful delivery of complex works.
What you will be doing:
Carry out setting out and dimensional control using modern survey equipment
Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and tolerances
Review construction information, raise RFIs, and support buildability improvements
Supervise subcontractors and site operatives, ensuring safe and efficient delivery
Maintain accurate records including as-builts, QA documentation, and ITPs
Monitor progress against programme and support short-term planning
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
What you will bring:
HNC/HND or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Experience working on RC frame or civil engineering projects
Competent in setting out and interpreting technical drawings
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and QA processes
Proficient with digital tools (AutoCAD, surveying equipment, MS Office)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive, organised, and keen to develop within a high-performing team
