Full-Time
Got a passion for pristine? We need you.
Let's be honest — someone has to care deeply about cleanliness in the food industry, and that someone might just be you.
If you've got leadership experience in a Hygiene role within Food or Beverage Manufacturing and you're on the lookout for a rock-solid company with genuine staying power, read on.
Who are we talking about?
A Food Manufacturer with over a century of history under their belt (and spotless facilities to show for it). They supply food manufacturing products to major retailers and foodservice providers across the UK, operate out of their modern manufacturing site. This isn't a fly-by-night operation.
So what's the gig?
This is a key leadership role where you'll own hygiene operations across their main site setting the standard, building the team, and making sure everything that leaves this facility is as safe and spotless as it should be. You'll work hand-in-hand with Production and Technical teams, because great food starts with a great clean.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
* Leading and coordinating hygiene activities site-wide, keeping cleanliness and food safety front and centre
* Coaching, supervising and motivating your hygiene team to perform at their best
* Making sure all cleaning procedures sail through regulatory checks and audits
* Collaborating with production and technical teams to keep things running smoothly without missing a beat
You'll fit right in if you have:
* Solid experience in a hygiene, sanitation or cleaning role within Food Manufacturing
* A good grasp of food safety standards — HACCP, BRC and the like don't scare you
* Proven team leadership or supervisory experience, backed by strong people and communication skills
The bottom line?
If you take pride in running a tight ship (a very, very clean ship), this is your moment. Step into a role where your standards matter, your team looks to you, and the work you do genuinely makes a difference — one spotless surface at a time
