About the Company

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of rubber components, supplying products to customers across various industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a reliable and organised Factory Dispatch Admin to join their busy factory team.

This role is based within a manufacturing environment where conditions can be warm, wet, and steamy due to the production processes involved in rubber manufacturing.

The Role

Working as part of a fast-paced dispatch team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately packed, labelled, and prepared for shipment. Alongside dispatch duties, you will carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Printing dispatch labels and preparing customer orders for shipment

* Packing products safely and accurately to meet customer requirements

* Checking orders against dispatch paperwork to ensure accuracy

* Booking deliveries and liaising with courier services where required

* Updating dispatch records and maintaining accurate system information

* Carrying out general administrative duties including data entry and filing

* Using company computer systems to process orders and update records

* Monitoring stock movements and reporting discrepancies

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area

* Supporting other departments when required

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience within a dispatch, warehouse administration, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

* Confident using computers and Microsoft Office applications

* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude

* Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

* Comfortable working within a factory environment that can be warm, wet, and steamy
