Location: Altrincham - Hybrid working
Salary: £26228k ote £40,000
Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the Role
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retentions Advisor to join our growing telecoms team. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with existing customers who are considering leaving and providing tailored solutions to keep them on board.

Key Responsibilities of this Retentions role
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers looking to cancel or renew services
Understand customer needs and concerns using effective questioning techniques
Promote suitable products, upgrades, and retention offers
Negotiate and overcome objections to retain customers
Accurately update customer records using CRM/ticketing systems
Meet and exceed retention, revenue, and quality targets
Deliver an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a retention, sales, or customer service role (telecoms preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage objections and close effectively
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Experience with CRM
Positive attitude and a resilient mindset
