They have successfully delivered more than 750 projects across residential and commercial sectors.
Their expertise includes drylining, floor screeding, partitions, suspended ceilings, SFS framing, and external rendering.
The business has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and long-term client relationships.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Estimator / Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.Roles/Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates, tenders, and quotations for prospective projects.
Measure quantities from construction drawings and project specifications.
Conduct site surveys and attend pre-tender and project meetings.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the tender process.
Obtain, review, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and commercial assessments.
Support projects from tender stage through to successful handover.
Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to project costs and estimates.
Monitor project requirements and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Qualifications
Previous experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Estimator/Surveyor within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of drylining, floor screeding, or related interior fit-out packages.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines.
Full UK driving licence preferred due to site visit requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant estimating software.Benefits
