Manufacturing Team Leader

Location: Leamington Spa
Contract Basis: Permanent
Pay Rate:£18.34 per hour + shift allowance

Hours: 39 hours per week working rotating shifts

This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring processes are followed, teams are developed, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Team Leader:

Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams.
Act as the main point of contact for production activities and key stakeholders.
Coordinate workforce deployment, machine utilisation, and shift resources.
Lead shift handovers and maintain accurate operational records.
Ensure work is completed in line with procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Promote compliance with health, safety, environmental, and 6S requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Support employee development through training and coaching.
Investigate operational issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate where necessary.
Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and overall team performance.
Conduct investigations and produce reports when required.
Maintain clear communication across teams to support operational success.
Hours & Pay:

Hours: 39 hours per week
Pay: £18.34 per hour + shift allowance

Rotating Fortnightly Shifts
Monday to Thursday 06.00am - 14.00pm (8 hours per day)
Friday 06.00am - 13.00pm (7 hours per day)

Monday to Thursday 14.00pm -22.00pm (8 hours per day)
Friday 13.00pm -20.00pm (7 hours per day
