Regional Sales Manager
Location: Kent/London-based
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + commission + £600 car allowance
Our client, a respected global manufacturer of high-quality, space-saving solutions, is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow its presence within the premium hospitality sector across Kent and London.

Key responsibilities:

* Build relationships with stakeholders including designers and procurement teams
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
* Attend exhibitions and industry events to promote brand visibility
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Requirements:
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional territory
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland
Desirable:
* Experience within hospitality or consultative sales
* Existing network in the hotel or events industry
