Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday | Permanent
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, providing administrative support, coordinating information and ensuring records are maintained accurately.
MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENCE.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
* Provide administrative support to the wider team
* Manage and update records, documents and databases
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal departments
* Process invoices and maintain accurate records
* Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required
* Support with scheduling, coordination and general office administration
* Handle incoming enquiries and correspondence
* Assist with reporting and data management tasks
* Support ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required
* Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes
Key Skills of an Administrator:
* Previous administration experience
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
* Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
* Proactive and adaptable approach to work
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Professional and reliable approach
* Full UK driving licence required
