Location: Merthyr Tydfil and surrounding areas across South Wales
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: £140–£160 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our growing team, working on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout South Wales.
The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, have excellent attention to detail, and be committed to maintaining professional standards on every project.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing surfaces for decoration, including sanding, filling, and priming
* Carrying out high-quality interior and exterior painting and decorating work
* Wallpaper hanging and finishing
* Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas
* Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards
* Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, and site managers
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
* Own tools and reliable transport are essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
* CSCS card preferred but not essential
