The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead classrooms of up to 30 students in the absence of their regular teacher. You are not expected to plan or mark lessons; instead, you will:
Deliver pre-planned work across various subjects, from English and Maths to PE and Drama.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a productive and safe learning environment.
Support students with their tasks, answering questions and keeping them on track.
Liaise with school staff to provide feedback on student progress and behaviour during the day.Why Apply?
