Architectural Technician/Technologist

PS Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing architectural practice seeking an Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or Architect to join their team.

This opportunity is open to candidates at various stages of their career, from developing professionals looking to take the next step through to experienced individuals capable of managing projects independently.

The Role

You will be involved in a range of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality design and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing technical drawings and construction packages using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Preparing planning and building regulations submissions
• Developing designs from concept through to delivery
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors
• Attending project and site meetings as required
• Supporting projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are achieved

The Candidate

• Experience within an architectural practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively and work collaboratively within a team
• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related discipline
