Senior Gardener
£30,000 – £38,000 DOE | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Based near Cranleigh, Surrey
We're looking for an experienced Senior Gardener to join our growing team, maintaining and developing high-quality private gardens across Surrey and Sussex.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong horticultural knowledge who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is confident leading garden maintenance visits and supporting junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and carry out garden maintenance to a high standard
* Pruning, planting, lawn care, hedge cutting, and seasonal garden work
* Build strong relationships with clients
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Assist with planting schemes, turfing, and soft landscaping projects
* Ensure tools, machinery, and vehicles are maintained and cared for
* Work safely and professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 4 years' professional gardening or landscaping experience
* Strong plant knowledge and practical horticultural skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, professional, and organised approach
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
