Contract: 6 Months
Rate: Competitive (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a refurbishment and infrastructure project on a secure site in Luton. The role requires a strong background in CDM compliance, civil engineering, electrical works, architectural packages, and building refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day site management of refurbishment and construction activities.
Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and site HSE requirements.
Coordinate civils, electrical, architectural and general building trades.
Manage subcontractors, programme delivery, quality and client interface.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and progress reporting.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Requirements

Current DV Clearance preferred; SC Clearance minimum requirement.
Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment and construction projects.
Strong understanding of CDM Regulations.
Experience managing civils and electrical packages.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills.
Desirable

Experience working within secure government, defence or critical infrastructure environments.
NEC contract awareness.
