Van Driver

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Haydock area. We are looking for experienced Van Drivers (CAT B) to join the team.

Hours: Monday to Friday, around 6am start

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour PAYE

Location: Haydock, WA11

Job Type: Ongoing with potential to go permanent for the right candidate

The role:

. Routes will be in and around N Wales, Chesire and Wirral

. Primary responsibilities will be collecting sanitary waste from client

. Utilising handheld devices such as sat nav to and between jobs

. Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)

. Deliver professional and courteous customer service

. Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste (van is taken home)

Requirements:

· Full UK driving licence.

· Have at least 1 year of proven experience driving the relevant vehicle.

· Maximum of 6 points (minor offences only)

· Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

· Availability for early morning shifts and occasional weekend work.

· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
