Move Manager

Freightserve are looking to recruit a Move Manager for a niche sector Freight company.The role is working within Fine Arts and Antique shipments. The company is based in the Perivale area

About the Role:-

The company specialise in the safe handling, transportation, and installation of priceless artworks.

Duties:-

* Overseeing global exports to various worldwide destinations

* Shipping various Fine Arts and Antiques by Sea, Air and Roadfreight

* Start to finish position

* Being the main client contact for all shipments

* Dealing with Key Accounts

* Being main contact throughout the Shipping process.

* Maintained all client records (updating inhouse system)

* Dealing with Transporters, Shipping Lines and Airlines

* Handling all Shipping documentation

* Dealing with invoicing

* Building and maintaining client relationships

Required experience:-

* Art Handling Experience Desirable

* Knowledge of Shipping processes
