Machine Operative

Working hours: Monday to Friday / 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm.

Starting salary: £14.95 per hour (including shift allowance) + regular overtime available at a premium rate.

This is a Full time, Permanent position.

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting experienced and skilled Machine Operatives to join our well established client on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

Set up machines accurately for timely start-up.

Follow quality guidelines across all areas.

Operate in all factory areas.

Complete training on all functions.

Dispose of waste appropriately.

Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

Ensure personal and team safety.

Participate actively in team efforts to uphold high standards.

Communicate issues to Shift coordinators, Leaders, and team members.

Achieve all set targets.

Requirements:

Hardworking with an ability to meet deadlines.

Customer focused attitude.

Ability to work on own initiative.

Effective communication skills.

Good problem solving ability.
