Data Migration Lead - Oracle Fusion ERP Programme (Belgium)

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to join a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programme within the public sector.
As Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the end-to-end data migration strategy, overseeing the migration of finance data from Oracle E-business Suite to Oracle Fusion ERP, and ensuring a successful transition to the new platform. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to plan, govern, and execute all migration activities throughout the programme life cycle.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience leading data migrations to Oracle Fusion ERP
• Fluent Dutch speaker
• Able to travel to Brussels for regular onsite meetings as required
• Based within the European Union

• Strong finance ERP knowledge, including areas such as general ledger, assets, supplier and customer accounting
• Experience planning and leading large-scale ERP migration programmes
• Public sector or government programme experience
• Knowledge of Belgian accounting or regulatory environments
• Understanding of data migration tooling and PL/SQL, although a functional and business-focused background is preferred over a highly technical profile
