Salary: £38-44,000
A respected, employee-owned architectural practice is looking to recruit an Architect for its Manchester studio.
The successful candidate will join a £20m education project currently at RIBA Stage 3. The scheme includes teaching spaces, workshops, flexible learning environments, and an auditorium, offering the opportunity to work on a technically challenging and impactful development.
This position is well suited to an experienced Architect who can take ownership of project packages, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support delivery through the next stages of design and construction.

Take ownership of the design and technical delivery of a major training and education project
Coordinate external consultants and maintain effective stakeholder communication
Produce and review detailed technical information and construction documentation
Contribute to project delivery across RIBA Stages 3-5
Monitor design quality, project deadlines, and technical compliance
Work closely with colleagues across the wider project team to ensure successful deliveryRequirements
ARB-registered Architect
Previous experience delivering commercial, workplace, or education-related projects
Ability to independently manage project responsibilities and lead key work packages
Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills
Proficiency in Revit is essential
