The Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role offers a flexible working pattern, with one day per week in the office (Wednesdays) and the remainder working from home.

Key Responsibilities
Chasing outstanding payments from customers in a timely and professional manner
Following up on missing or outstanding purchase order (PO) numbers
Processing and clearing invoices accurately
Handling finance-related queries via phone and email
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks as requiredAbout You
Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
