Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
Recent teaching experience, placements, or strong subject knowledge within Key Stage 1 settings
Good understanding of the KS1 curriculum, phonics, assessment, and effective classroom practice
A calm, positive approach to behaviour management and building engaging, inclusive learning environments
Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a flexible approach to working across different school settings
