CNC Machinist – Milling & Turning

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery, producing high-quality precision components, and working to engineering drawings and specifications in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate CNC machines

* Manufacture components to engineering drawings and specifications

* Ensure components are produced to the required quality standards

* Carry out self-inspection using measuring equipment

* Maintain a safe and organised working environment

* Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

* Adhere to company quality and HSE procedures at all times

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience operating CNC machines

* Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Self-motivated with a positive, team-focused attitude

* Excellent timekeeping and attendance

Desirable:

* Experience within the Oil & Gas or heavy engineering sectors

* Knowledge of both CNC milling and turning operations

* Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazatrol controls
