Industrial Sales Manager
Field Based / Fareham Office
£50,000 to £70,000, plus company car.
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join a growing engineering manufacturer specialising in bespoke industrial cooling and heat exchange solutions.
This is a technical sales role focused on building relationships, developing new business opportunities and supporting customers with engineered solutions rather than off the shelf products.
The role
Develop new and existing industrial customer accounts across the UK
Identify and win new project opportunities
Interpret technical requirements and provide solution based proposals
Prepare technical quotations alongside engineering teams
Manage key customer relationships and long term accounts
Attend customer meetings, site visits and industry events
Support business growth through proactive pipeline developmentWhat we are looking for
Background in industrial or technical B2B sales
Understanding of HVAC, refrigeration or capital equipment markets
Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical concepts
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
