Based from Fareham, with a focus on Portsmouth / Basingstoke sites too.

£50,000 to £60,000

We are looking for a proactive Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Manager to take ownership of safety, health, environmental and quality systems across a busy engineering and manufacturing operation.

This role will focus on improving compliance, strengthening operational standards and driving a positive safety culture across manufacturing sites.

The role

Develop and maintain integrated HSEQ systems
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
Lead audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments
Drive continuous improvement and behavioural safety initiatives
Work closely with production and engineering teams
Improve quality and compliance processes across fabrication and assembly operations
Support operational teams in maintaining best practice standardsWhat we are looking for

HSEQ experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
Strong understanding of ISO standards and compliance processes
NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
Confident presence on the shop floor with a hands on approach
