We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Construction Administrator to become an integral part of our clients team. This role will provide essential administrative support to construction projects, helping to ensure their smooth and efficient delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in an administrative or clerical position, ideally with a construction background. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic construction environment, working closely with project teams and management to support successful project outcomes and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and Maintaining Internal Systems – using Simpro (training will be provided)
* Oversee office operations, including filing systems, document control, maintaining office supplies
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and company policies
* Plant Hire
* Fleet Liaison
* Completion of PQQ Documentation
* Managing and maintaining Training Matrix
* Additional administration support when required
About you:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong computer literacy
* Proven experience in office administration – ideally within the construction industry
* Strong organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage your own workload
* Ability to multitask
