Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, W14 9PT
Hourly Rate: £14.80
Contract type: Temp - Perm
Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

About the role

Manpower are looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work for our client based out of Hammersmith & Fulham. Working in this role you will be working on Parks or Cemeteries across the area. Working within a team you will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance too name a few. You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.

The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.

To succeed, you will need:

To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Valid UK Driving Licence required.
Willingness to learn & open to training with a safety conscious mindset.
Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmer's, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.)
Able to work effectively within a busy team environment and take pride in delivering excellent service.
Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is desirable.
Experience using pedestrian and ride-on mowers would be an advantage.
