As a Site Supervisor – Mechanical, you will coordinate site operations and oversee subcontractors on a state-of-the-art cancer centre project. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all work is completed in line with current drawings, specifications, programme requirements, and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate mechanical site activities and subcontractors

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards

* Monitor progress and communicate delays or issues to senior management

* Lead and motivate site teams to achieve daily and weekly targets

* Ensure only trained and authorised personnel carry out assigned tasks

* Maintain clean, organised, and compliant work areas

* Implement and monitor QA procedures and site compliance

* Promote continuous improvement and professional standards on site

Essential Criteria

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

* Strong leadership and decision-making ability

* Knowledge of mechanical engineering procedures and Health & Safety regulations

* Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards

* Knowledge of mechanical equipment and installation practices
