Senior Revit / CAD Technician (MEP)
Location: Liverpool (Agile Working Available)
Rate: £38 to £45 per hour - depending on skills and experience
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility available)

What you'll be doing
·Leading the delivery of coordinated MEP designs using 3D Revit within a BIM environment
·Producing detailed 2D and 3D layouts across RIBA/BSRIA stages 2 to 6
·Acting as lead coordinator, working closely with design teams, specialists, and stakeholders
·Identifying and resolving clashes across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
·Driving BIM best practice, innovation, and sustainable design solutions
·Managing model coordination, drawing outputs, and delivery programmes
·Producing high-quality construction documentation including plans, sections, and elevations
·Supporting quality control, design standards, and compliance
·Contributing to BIM execution planning (BEP, MIDP, TIDP)
·Engaging with stakeholders and representing MEP in coordination meetings
·Supporting and leading outsourced coordination teams when required
What you'll bring
·Proven senior-level experience in MEP coordination using Revit (3D) and AutoCAD (2D)
·Strong background in BIM workflows, coordination, and model management
·Ability to deliver complex mechanical and electrical layouts on large-scale projects
·Experience working across both public and private sector projects
·Confident communicator, able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
·Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and design standards
·Experience with CDE platforms and document control processes
·A proactive, detail-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
What will set you apart
·Experience working across full project lifecycles (RIBA stages 1 to 7)
·Knowledge of COBie deliverables and asset tagging
·Ability to coordinate off site manufacturing solutions (DfMA/MMC)
·Strong understanding of fire protection coordination and structural interfaces within MEP models
·Experience modelling underground services and integrating with civil design
