Zero2Five are proud to be working with a well-established, family-focused nursery in the SE27 area that is seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident childcare professional who enjoys leading a team, creating inspiring learning experiences, and making a real difference to children's early development.

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Previous Room Leader experience
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
A genuine desire to develop your career within Early Years
Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire your room team
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and education
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
Monitor observations, assessments, and developmental progress
Promote a positive, reflective, and inclusive environment
Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
