Role & Responsibilities
* First point of contact for customer enquiries
* Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment.
* Calculating and supply of quotes
* Planning transport for deliveries and collections
* To proactively work with all departments
* Dealing with damages and calculating costs.
* Full training on product range will be given.
Skills & Experience Required
* Hire desk experience is desirable but not essential
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Office based customer service and admin experience
