About the Role
Engineering @365 is recruiting Panel Wirers for a growing engineering manufacturer in Tamworth.
You’ll be working on mechanical and electrical assembly of high-quality machinery, following drawings and diagrams, wiring components, and helping build systems to exacting standards. Training is available for mechanical tasks if needed. This is a hands-on role in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Wire electrical components and panels
* Work accurately from drawings, diagrams, and build instructions
* Inspect and test assemblies to ensure quality and compliance
* Assemble and fit mechanical components (training provided if required)
* Keep the work area safe and organised
* Support team improvements and production targets
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a panel wirer/electrician
* Ability to follow drawings and instructions
* Electrical wiring skills are a must
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
