Operations Specialist - Insurance - Data Operations

Our client, a specialty insurance organisation, is seeking a detail-driven Operations Specialist who is passionate about data, processes, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role focused on analysing, challenging, and enhancing the operational data that underpins the member network.

What we're looking for

• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with complex datasets
• Proven experience within Insurance sector, ideally London Market Insurance
• Someone who is curious and detail-oriented - you don't just accept data, you question it
• Comfortable working with multiple data sources and operational processes simultaneously
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and confidently, including in member-facing settings
• A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
• Experience in operational, data, or analytics-focused environments

This is a permanent position paying between £60 - £85k plus bonus with the benefit of working remotely and will require occasional travel.
