Inside Sales Executive

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Basic + OTE up to £45,000
Office Based | Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join a growing and successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with outbound sales or customer service experience who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants to develop a long-term career with genuine earning potential.

The Role

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries, developing customer relationships, and guiding prospects through the entire sales process from initial enquiry to order placement.

You will generate new business through outbound calls and emails whilst managing and developing existing customer accounts. The role involves responding to inbound enquiries, qualifying leads, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. You will present tailored solutions based on customer requirements, follow up leads throughout the sales pipeline, and ensure a high level of customer service at every stage of the sales journey.

You will also maintain accurate CRM and ERP records, work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams, and play a key role in achieving business growth through meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Staying informed on industry developments and company offerings will be important to ensure customers receive the best possible advice and support.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, telesales, account management, or customer service and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.

You should be highly motivated, organised, and proactive, with strong objection-handling and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is desirable, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A positive attitude, commercial awareness, and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of the wider team are essential.

A competitive basic salary of £32,000 - £35,000 is available, together with an uncapped commission structure offering realistic on-target earnings of up to £45,000. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, private BUPA health insurance, a buy and sell holiday scheme, SMART company pension, employee assistance programme, death in service cover equivalent to four times annual salary, free onsite parking, and ongoing development through annual appraisals.
