At Voyage Care, we know that strong leadership transforms services — and we’re looking for a passionate and motivated leader to take the next step in their career at our warm and vibrant 4-bed residential service in Waterbeach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager or Care Manager ready to progress into their first Registered Manager role, or for an existing Manager looking to join a supportive, values-led organisation and take the next step in their journey.

About the Service
Located in a quiet village just outside Cambridge, this beautiful bungalow service offers a truly welcoming and homely environment, surrounded by a close-knit community.
What makes this service stand out is its atmosphere. It’s a place full of energy, laughter and genuine warmth, where both the team and the people we support thrive together. The culture is caring, supportive and deeply person-centred, with a real focus on enabling individuals to live active, meaningful and fulfilling lives.
The people we support have a range of complex needs, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities and sensory impairments. The service is highly community-focused, with regular outings, activities and social engagement built into everyday life. There’s a strong sense of togetherness, with families actively involved and a team who are committed to delivering the best possible support. This is a hands-on, fast-paced service, but one that is incredibly rewarding — where you can see the positive impact of your leadership every day.
