Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver exceptional pre- and post-contract services, drive value, and represent this growing construction consultancy with professionalism.

What You'll Do:

Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract advice
Manage budgets, valuations, and final accounts
Quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans
Contract preparation, risk management advice and meeting clients
Pricing tender submissions and managing bid submissions
Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes
Reports, claims and dispute resolution
Support business growth and promote our company brandWhat We're Looking For:

Preferably degree-qualified
RICS membership preferred
Quantity surveying experience ideally within a construction consultancy environment
Confident decision maker who is commercially aware
Strong commercial and technical skills
