Warehouse Team Leader

Coventry

£14.00 - £14.50 per hour starting

2:00pm – 10:00pm

Temp to Perm Opportunity

IRS Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader on behalf of a growing logistics and distribution operation based in Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience who is looking to join a fast-paced operation with genuine long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation

* Leading and motivating a team to achieve productivity targets

* Monitoring attendance, performance and workflow

* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

* Assisting with training and supporting new starters

* Working closely with management to maintain operational efficiency

* Supporting picking, packing, loading and warehouse activities where required

* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation

Requirements:

* Previous Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Operative experience

* Experience working within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Ability to work effectively under pressure

* Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping

* Flexible approach and willingness to support the wider operation

Hours:

Monday to Friday

2:00pm – 10:00pm

Pay Rate:

£14.00 per hour (after successful completion of 12 weeks this will in increase)

This is a Temp to Perm opportunity with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
