UK Sales Specialist

Annual Salary: £27,500-£29,000 DOE + Commission (after probation)
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Job Type: Full-time, PermanentReed are working with a growing, creative business where sales talent can genuinely shine. They are seeking a confident, people-focused UK Sales Specialist who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities and helping customers find the perfect solutions. If you're self-motivated, commercially minded and excited by the idea of growing your own portfolio of key accounts predominantly in the arts and entertainment industry, this role offers the autonomy and support to do exactly that.

Day-to-day of the role:

Build long-term customer relationships with key accounts and become their go-to contact.
Drive new business in a variety of industries through proactive outreach, warm and cold calling and lead generation.
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer value.
Work closely with the wider Sales team to hit and exceed monthly targets.
Keep accurate CRM records and support other departments during busy periods.
Develop your product knowledge through ongoing training and hands-on learning.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, particularly in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Interest or background in the arts and entertainment industry is advantageous.Benefits:
