We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded early years setting in Godalming seeking a passionate Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their nurturing and child-centred team.

This is an opportunity to work in a setting where children spend significant time outdoors, curiosity is encouraged and practitioners are supported to develop their careers whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The Opportunity

Working with children aged 2–5 years, you'll play an important role in supporting children's development through engaging experiences, nurturing interactions and high-quality early years practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting children's learning and development through play

* Creating engaging and stimulating learning experiences

* Building strong relationships with children and families

* Promoting children's wellbeing, confidence and independence

* Contributing to a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment

* Supporting outdoor learning opportunities and exploration

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

* Holds a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification

* Has experience within an Early Years setting

* Is passionate about child-centred learning

* Enjoys spending time outdoors with children

* Brings warmth, energy and positivity to their work

* Is committed to safeguarding and high-quality practice

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping children learn, grow and thrive.
