As a Quality Engineer you will:

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure product and process quality.
Solve complex problems using techniques such as 8D, 5Y, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Support New Product Introduction processes, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and PSW documentation.
Prioritise inspection tasks to align with production requirements and deadlines.
Perform internal and external audits on processes and products to maintain quality standards.
Assist the Quality Manager in upholding IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards across all production areas.
The Quality Engineer will have:

A solid technical education complemented by practical engineering skills.
Experience in injection moulding and assembly processes within automotive manufacturing would be advantageous.
Familiarity with IATF16949 and VDA requirements.
A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
Proven experience in internal and external auditing within high-volume production environments.
