Location: Hillingdon, West London

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Hillingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people's learning and development.
The successful candidate will work across Reception, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, providing classroom support and helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
The Role:
* Support pupils' learning and development within the classroom
* Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
* Provide individual and small-group support where required
* Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement
* Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
* Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
* Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine passion for supporting children and young people's learning
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
