Statim Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Female Support Workers to support a specialist service at Primavera, Aldershot (GU11 3AP).

This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting individuals with complex needs and who hold the required specialist training.

Essential Requirements

✔ Female Support Worker
✔ Previous UK Support Work experience
✔ Lone Worker Training
✔ Medication Administration Theory Training
✔ Epilepsy Care Training
✔ Enhanced DBS (preferred)
✔ Right to Work in the UK

Duties & Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality person-centred support

* Promote independence and wellbeing

* Support service users with daily living activities

* Administer medication in line with training and policies

* Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures

* Maintain accurate records and handovers

* Work independently and confidently in a lone-working environment
