Class 1 Driver

Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver – Days (Port Sunlight)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join a well-established operation based in Port Sunlight.

Location: Port Sunlight
Shift Pattern: Nights
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (PAYE), £20.00 Saturdays, £20.50 Sundays
Holiday Pay: Accrued separately

Role Responsibilities:

Safe and timely delivery of goods
Completing vehicle checks and reporting defects
Ensuring compliance with all road transport regulations
Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork
Representing the company in a professional manner

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months Class 1 (Category C+E) driving experience
Valid UK driving licence with CPC and Digi Tacho card
Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach
